REVEALED: BENITEZ GETS BONUS, AS MADRID WINS LA UNDECIMA

Rafa Benítez also celebrated the Champion's League title Real Madrid won in Milan. At least financially. The Spanish coach will get 600,000 euros of bonus for the victory in Champion's League, since he led the team in the group stage and it is written in his contract.

It is the same amount that each footballer will receive and half of what the current coach, Zinedine Zidane, will get (1,200,000 euros).

Newcastle's current coach left the team in first place in their Champion's League group with a total of 5 wins, 1 draw and no losses with 19 goals for and 3 against. In the month of January, Benítez was let go and he wasn't on the bench for the first leg of the round of 16 against Roma. From then on, it was Zidane who was running the team and eliminated the Italian team, Wolfsburg, Manchester City and Atlético Madrid to win his first Champion's League title as a manager.
